Self Love Standing In Our Wholeness

Self Love what does that really mean and why is it vital to how we experience life?

We were all born within us the seed of greatness weather we believe GOD created us or something different.

GOD's intention for each of us is to enjoy life and share the gift of that life with everything put forth before us every single day. We were given one body one mind and one spirit to go through this life with. All we have to do is water ourselves daily to grow into the beautiful beings we were all meant to be. What does that mean? First of all being truly grateful every single day for this amazing body we were given to take us through the day, loving all of its parts inside and out from head to toe. Have you ever been blessed to be in the company of someone who has less in body? Maybe no eyesight, hearing impaired or body parts missing and their attitude is extremely positive, gratitude is present and it puts you in a state of complete awe and wonder. It is those times when  I enter athletic events that  I am always so deeply humbled by the athletes who soar pass me with no legs like I have but rather a prosthesis which has become their legs. When I complete the event I know why I was a participant, not for the event itself but to experience that greatness within someone else who by appearance may seem to have less but truly has more.

My experience then tells me that it is not only in my  body that gratefulness is necessary but also my mind. What drives us to even be in the experience of life? It has to be the true presence of our minds standing in who we are with an attitude of  strength and confidence.

Next my experience tells me It is our Spirit that drives our passion and purpose in life discovering  then knowing  who we are and  where we came from. Standing in our wholeness doing what it takes every single day to nurture those seeds into greatness.

Loving ourselves fully and completely in order to have what it takes to pass along the gift of life to someone else needing that gift of love is what self love truly is.
As  author Louise Hay puts it the most important relationship you have is with yourself.

May you experience life completely!

Celebrate in true love,
Anita
